Designs and maintains scalable enterprise data architectures and ETL/ELT pipelines on Microsoft Fabric and Azure. Responsibilities include developing Python-based data solutions, optimizing Fabric warehouses and lakehouses, implementing governance, security, lineage, monitoring, and CI/CD, and integrating diverse data sources. Define architecture, technical standards, and roadmaps while designing scalable Azure-based distributed systems, APIs, data architectures, authentication, messaging, and observability. Lead modernization and cloud migration efforts, provide mentorship, conduct architecture and code reviews, and collaborate across teams. Remain hands-on by building critical components and solving complex reliability, performance, and scalability challenges.

Drive revenue growth among mid-market and enterprise accounts in the health, beauty, wellness, and fitness sectors. Responsibilities include prospecting, pipeline development, full-cycle consultative selling, executive engagement, product demonstrations, negotiations, forecasting in Salesforce, and quota attainment. The role partners cross-functionally with marketing, product, partnerships, sales development, and customer success while developing strategic account plans and representing Vagaro at industry events.

Build and scale backend systems using C# and ASP.NET Core. Develop RESTful APIs, optimize databases (SQL/NoSQL), implement authentication, write unit/integration tests, debug full-stack issues, deploy and monitor applications in cloud environments, and collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to deliver reliable, maintainable software.

Own creative strategy and experimentation across paid growth channels, including Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and Google. Develop performance-driven creative briefs, testing roadmaps, hypotheses, and learning repositories. Use analytics and CRO principles to improve the journey from ad impression through landing-page conversion. Partner with paid channel leads, creative teams, and marketing leadership to translate performance data into creative direction, prioritize experiments, communicate results, and establish scalable processes.

Own product features end to end, from problem framing and requirements through hands-on design, engineering collaboration, delivery, and post-launch validation. Define product direction, make scope and tradeoff decisions, use AI across research and prototyping, and maintain project ownership as the source of truth. Create product designs and prototypes in Figma, apply design systems, and collaborate closely with engineering in an onsite environment.

Design and maintain dashboards and ETL pipelines, write advanced SQL, perform statistical and ad hoc analyses, ensure data quality, and partner with product, engineering, sales, and executives to deliver insights. Assist with Microsoft Fabric migrations and develop derived tables using PySpark.

Provide front-line technical support for Vagaro's web platform and hardware via phone, chat, and email. Troubleshoot, document, escalate issues, meet SLAs/KPIs, create support content, and assist with technical escalations and retention efforts.

Lead Vagaro's organic search and AI search strategy across AEO/GEO/AIO. Drive technical SEO, content optimization, entity/structured data work, cross-functional collaboration, reporting, and measurement to increase organic visibility on classic SERPs and LLM/generative search surfaces.
