The Sr. Lifecycle Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing lifecycle marketing campaigns using HubSpot, including onboarding, engagement, and retention strategies, aimed at reducing churn and increasing product adoption.

Lead and scale a 10–30 person engineering organization for a SaaS/Fintech company. Own technical vision, Azure-based architecture, REST/microservices, CI/CD, observability, and AI/GenAI integration. Drive delivery, platform modernization, and cross-functional collaboration with product, design, and executive leadership.

Outbound Account Executive responsible for prospecting and closing SMB clients in health, beauty, and wellness. Perform high-volume outreach (calls, email, social), qualify leads, manage full sales cycle, negotiate with decision-makers, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure delivery. Use Salesforce to track activities and analyze competitors to position Vagaro effectively.

Build and scale backend systems using C# and ASP.NET Core. Develop RESTful APIs, optimize databases (SQL/NoSQL), implement authentication, write unit/integration tests, debug full-stack issues, deploy and monitor applications in cloud environments, and collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to deliver reliable, maintainable software.

Provide front-line technical support for Vagaro's web platform and hardware via phone, chat, and email. Troubleshoot, document, escalate issues, meet SLAs/KPIs, create support content, and assist with technical escalations and retention efforts.

Develop and integrate generative AI features using ML, NLP, LLMs, and computer vision. Research, design, implement, test, and deploy scalable AI solutions in production while collaborating with product designers and cross-functional teams.

Lead Vagaro's organic search and AI search strategy across AEO/GEO/AIO. Drive technical SEO, content optimization, entity/structured data work, cross-functional collaboration, reporting, and measurement to increase organic visibility on classic SERPs and LLM/generative search surfaces.

Design and maintain dashboards and ETL pipelines, write advanced SQL, perform statistical and ad hoc analyses, ensure data quality, and partner with product, engineering, sales, and executives to deliver insights. Assist with Microsoft Fabric migrations and develop derived tables using PySpark.
