Designs and maintains scalable enterprise data architectures and ETL/ELT pipelines on Microsoft Fabric and Azure. Responsibilities include developing Python-based data solutions, optimizing Fabric warehouses and lakehouses, implementing governance, security, lineage, monitoring, and CI/CD, and integrating diverse data sources. The role partners with data science, machine learning, business intelligence, engineering, and business teams to support analytics and model training while improving platform reliability, scalability, and cost efficiency.

Serve as a technical leader and systems architect for Vagaro’s backend platform and cloud infrastructure. Define architecture, technical standards, and roadmaps while designing scalable Azure-based distributed systems, APIs, data architectures, authentication, messaging, and observability. Lead modernization and cloud migration efforts, provide mentorship, conduct architecture and code reviews, and collaborate across teams. Remain hands-on by building critical components and solving complex reliability, performance, and scalability challenges.

Drive revenue growth among mid-market and enterprise accounts in the health, beauty, wellness, and fitness sectors. Responsibilities include prospecting, pipeline development, full-cycle consultative selling, executive engagement, product demonstrations, negotiations, forecasting in Salesforce, and quota attainment. The role partners cross-functionally with marketing, product, partnerships, sales development, and customer success while developing strategic account plans and representing Vagaro at industry events.
