Teams at Valency International

Build and operate Valency's marketing function: own conferences, field marketing at universities and national labs, executive coordination, marketing calendar, partner relationships, and measurement. Drive event-to-sales handoffs and create repeatable systems for outreach to scientific research communities.

Lead and build Valency's post-signup lifecycle for free academic users and enterprise accounts: define activation, run experiments, create onboarding and conversion motions, establish health scoring and CS playbooks, own metrics (activation, conversion, NRR), and hire and grow the activation and customer success teams.

Lead design and implementation of backend services, APIs, data pipelines, and distributed systems. Own service lifecycles, CI/CD, container orchestration, observability, and infrastructure-as-code. Diagnose performance and reliability issues, mentor engineers, write ADRs and docs, and collaborate with Product and Design to deliver robust, scalable solutions.
