Leads deployment strategy and manages a team of 5–10 Deployment Strategists across the full customer journey from contract signature through adoption. Owns deployment quality, domain expertise, client outcomes, coaching, and operational playbook development. The role requires hands-on review of configurations, workflows, data, and client communications while translating effectively with executives, clients, product, and engineering teams.

Lead and develop a team of four or more engineers while partnering with product, design, and operations to execute R&D strategy. The role combines people management with hands-on coding, architecture design, technical leadership, mentorship, resource planning, process improvement, and team strategy. The manager will drive business outcomes, foster engineering culture, and support innovation in a complex, fast-paced startup environment.

Design and build scalable, extensible software infrastructure for regulated mortgage servicing systems. Collaborate with Product and Design to deliver customer experiences, learn new technologies quickly, and balance technical and product requirements. Develop robust systems capable of handling complex regulations, billions of dollars in loans, and rapid growth in a fast-paced startup environment.
