Lead complex technical programs from planning through launch, coordinating multiple engineering teams and cross-functional stakeholders. Drive process improvements, manage dependencies and risks, communicate program status, establish success metrics, and resolve technical and organizational issues. Help define the TPM function’s vision, strategy, and best practices in a rapidly evolving startup environment.

Own strategic enterprise partnerships and client relationships from discovery through deployment. Build stakeholder maps, executive alignment, partnership plans, and repeatable relationship-management processes. Coordinate Sales, Engineering, Product, Implementation, Legal, and partners across complex regulated-industry deals. Support agreements, steering committees, customer handoffs, expansion opportunities, and GTM assets while representing Valon at conferences and client sites. Travel is required approximately 25% of the time.

Own product strategy and execution for a critical mortgage servicing vertical such as payments, collections, escrow, or foreclosure. Develop roadmaps, prioritize features, write product requirements, understand customer and partner needs, manage timelines and trade-offs, and coordinate successful rollouts with engineering, deployment, and product operations teams.
