Owns Vanta’s global revenue new-hire bootcamp and post-bootcamp learning journeys through the first 90 days. Responsibilities include planning and facilitating live training, developing onboarding curriculum, coordinating subject matter experts and Field Enablement, tracking ramp and productivity metrics, improving programs based on feedback and performance data, and partnering cross-functionally across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, RevOps, and People.

Generate interest and revenue through cold calls, email, and social outreach. Manage a book of accounts, prioritize strategic prospects, communicate Vanta’s value proposition, build multichannel Outreach sequences, schedule meetings for account executives, and accurately log sales activities. Success requires persistence, strategic account management, adaptability, strong work ethic, and willingness to use AI responsibly.

Build and operate shared AI platform capabilities, including SDKs, APIs, agent infrastructure, durable workflows, model integrations, retrieval, evaluation, and debugging tools. The role focuses on reliability, observability, performance, secure customer-data handling, and turning AI experiments into reusable production capabilities. Responsibilities also include partnering with product teams, driving adoption, diagnosing AI failures, and mentoring or leading broader technical initiatives.
