Lead strategic customer experience operations for key accounts, including customer requests, business reviews, notifications, access requests, ticket queues, documentation, reporting, and billing coordination. Drive scalable process improvements, cross-functional collaboration, and customer communications while partnering with Technical Account Managers and teams across Sales, Real Estate, Operations, Construction, Engineering, and Accounting. Leads electrical engineering for large-scale data center projects from conceptual design through commissioning and operational handoff. Reviews designs, standards, drawings, studies, equipment, redundancy, and value engineering analyses. Provides subject matter expertise, troubleshoots live facilities, leads consultants and contractors, supports sales and site development, and advises leadership. Requires extensive data center design and construction experience, professional licensure, knowledge of electrical and cooling infrastructure, and familiarity with relevant codes and modeling software.

Lead North America development strategy by translating market intelligence and customer signals into decision-ready recommendations. Support enterprise deal execution, commercial structuring, governance, contract review, reporting, and tooling adoption. Produce executive materials, enable cross-functional stakeholders, maintain portfolio visibility, and guide capital allocation and leasing decisions while driving process improvement and data integrity across commercial systems.

Provide operator-focused electrical design assurance for data center builds and expansions across North America. Review design packages, submittals, and commissioning plans for operability, maintainability, safety, and reliability; drive comments to closure; support commissioning, energization, turnover, and lessons learned to inform standards and operational readiness.

Lead preconstruction strategy and readiness for hyperscale and AI-driven data center campuses. Oversee site validation, power feasibility, design coordination, cost/schedule modeling, permitting, and handoff to construction to enable rapid, scalable, high-density deployments.

Design, implement, and maintain data center telemetry and usage tracking systems (collection, validation, configuration). Review metering and network documentation, support commissioning and troubleshooting, deliver customer reports, own deliverables, and improve telemetry standards and data quality across facilities.

Ensure functional health of data center control and monitoring systems: verify designs and testing, develop maintenance programs, troubleshoot PLC/HMI systems, analyze system data, perform root-cause analysis, advise operations and engineering teams, and support commissioning and reliability improvements.

Manage accounting operations across North America, supporting monthly close, journal entries, reconciliations, tenant billing, cost classification, lease-related reporting, financial reporting, fixed assets, and audit preparation. Requires extensive electrical design and construction expertise, data center experience, knowledge of power distribution and critical infrastructure systems, and 15–25% travel.

The Vice President of Global Media Relations will build and lead Vantage’s global media relations function, develop proactive corporate narratives, manage reputation and crisis communications, cultivate journalist relationships, and elevate executive visibility. The role oversees media strategy across North America, EMEA, and APAC; addresses misinformation; supports community and regional communications; measures media impact; manages agencies; and builds a global team. The position requires extensive media relations leadership in complex, highly scrutinized industries and includes up to 25% travel.

Lead global procurement operations and supplier management for data center services. Build and govern global/regional service contracts, SLAs, spares strategies, lifecycle management, asset tracking, and supplier performance programs to ensure uptime, compliance, cost optimization, and operational readiness across multi-region, high-availability environments. Partner with Operations, COOs, Engineering, Finance, and OEMs to translate operational requirements into commercial frameworks and drive continuous improvement and data-driven maintenance approaches.

Leads North American strategy for on-site and behind-the-meter power generation, including IPP partnerships, equipment procurement strategy, technology evaluation, and nuclear/SMR development. Evaluates feasibility, cost, scalability, permitting, fuel supply, and delivery risks; structures commercial partnerships and energy transactions; establishes generation frameworks; and advises executive leadership on investment and market prioritization. Partners cross-functionally to transition generation strategies into project execution while mentoring the broader Energy organization.

Supports annual budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, financial reporting, and capital expenditure planning. Partners with budget owners and business leaders to maintain accurate forecasts, monitor spending and commitments, identify risks and funding opportunities, and explain financial results. The role also reconciles data, maintains audit-ready documentation, prepares dashboards and leadership reports, and improves planning processes and controls.

The Principal Electrical Engineer leads project-specific engineering and design tasks, oversees teams, and ensures the successful delivery of data center projects while balancing customer needs and operational sustainability.

Lead global procurement analytics strategy and deliver predictive/prescriptive models, dashboards, and governance.
