Lead electrical engineering for global data center platform: define standards, integrate energy storage and generation (BESS, distributed generation), guide product development, ensure design quality and handoff, perform power system studies (load, short-circuit, arc flash, distribution, photometrics), and collaborate with operations and regional teams to implement and improve designs.

Lead North America development strategy by translating market intelligence and customer signals into decision-ready recommendations. Support enterprise deal execution, commercial structuring, governance, contract review, reporting, and tooling adoption. Produce executive materials, enable cross-functional stakeholders, maintain portfolio visibility, and guide capital allocation and leasing decisions while driving process improvement and data integrity across commercial systems.

Lead preconstruction strategy and readiness for hyperscale and AI-driven data center campuses. Oversee site validation, power feasibility, design coordination, cost/schedule modeling, permitting, and handoff to construction to enable rapid, scalable, high-density deployments.
