Leads North American connectivity strategy and delivery for data center campuses, from feasibility and site selection through contracting, construction coordination, and service activation. Manages fiber and conduit infrastructure planning, schedules, budgets, carrier negotiations, consultant and vendor coordination, customer network requirements, and MMR readiness. Provides technical support for designs, customer presentations, and marketing materials while ensuring campuses are connectivity-ready on day one.

Conducts physical security audits, control testing, site inspections, and assurance reviews across North American data centers. Documents evidence, evaluates control effectiveness, manages corrective actions, validates remediation, maintains risk registers, and develops dashboards and reports tracking compliance and security performance. Partners with site, operations, technology, construction, and security teams to improve control implementation, audit readiness, and program maturity. Travel up to 25% is expected.

Leads mechanical engineering strategy and technical direction for North American hyperscale data center projects. Reviews designs, submittals, and changes; supports commissioning and operational readiness; collaborates across engineering, architecture, operations, and innovation teams; mentors engineers; represents mechanical engineering in strategic and customer engagements; improves design standards; and conducts root cause and forensic analyses of operational issues.
