Teams at VAST Data

Provide hands-on post-sales technical support and escalation management for VAST storage products. Troubleshoot Linux, networking, file systems, and scale-out NAS; perform installations, upgrades, and field services; submit/manage bugs and feature requests; collaborate with sales, professional services, and engineering to ensure customer adoption and SLAs. Travel (~20%) and occasional rotational weekend/holiday coverage required.
