Provides first-line technical support for hardware, software, operating systems, networks, user accounts, and company applications. Responsibilities include onboarding and offboarding employees, managing access permissions, administering collaboration and conferencing tools, handling IT procurement and inventory, documenting solutions, maintaining support records, and training users. The specialist supports Windows, macOS, JumpCloud, Google Workspace, Atlassian applications, Slack, and Zoom Rooms.

Hunt and close net-new enterprise accounts within the Internet and SaaS vertical. Build strategic account plans, develop executive and technical relationships, sell VAST’s AI operating system and data platform, lead complex sales cycles, manage forecasting through MEDDPICC, and expand initial wins across customer workloads. Partner with sales engineering, product, channel, and technology partners to deliver outcomes.

Drive new customer acquisition for VAST’s AI and analytics data platform. Build pipeline through strategic prospecting, account-based selling, executive engagement, and partnerships. Manage complex enterprise sales cycles from discovery and technical evaluation through negotiation, closing, and expansion. Engage data, analytics, AI, engineering, and executive stakeholders, develop strategic account plans, maintain forecasts, and translate technical capabilities into measurable business outcomes.
