Own the design and delivery of incentive program management and provider activation capabilities for a value-based care platform. Define detailed workflows, data models, business rules, specifications, and edge cases; manage backlogs and delivery; collaborate with engineers, providers, practice staff, and senior stakeholders; and operate effectively amid ambiguity with globally distributed teams.

Lead platform strategy and roadmap for a value-based care system supporting risk adjustment, quality measurement, and patient care workflows. Own platform migrations and transition planning, coordinate dependencies across multiple engineering teams, resolve technical and product ambiguity, review data contracts and technical tradeoffs, and validate solutions with clinical and administrative users. Communicate decisions, risks, and progress to stakeholders while partnering with globally distributed engineering teams.

Directs corporate compliance and audit programs, including internal and vendor audits, risk assessments, corrective actions, conflict-of-interest monitoring, third-party assurance, SOC 2 and HITRUST support, external audits, insurance, and corporate registrations. The role develops policies, coordinates cross-functional compliance initiatives, prepares reports, communicates with stakeholders, and manages special projects.
