Full-time remote sales role owning the full sales cycle for a virtual assistant agency: source and qualify leads, manage proposals and negotiations, close deals, maintain CRM/pipeline data, and coordinate handoffs to onboarding while providing feedback to optimize sales processes.

Manage content strategy and production across social platforms for multiple clients: create and edit graphics and short-form video, write captions and scripts, schedule content, engage communities, analyze performance, and maintain brand assets and calendars. Communicate with clients and manage timelines to ensure high-quality deliverables.

Provide high-touch remote executive support: manage inboxes and complex calendars, coordinate meetings and travel, prepare presentations and reports, maintain CRMs and project tools, conduct research, draft communications, handle confidential information, and proactively own client satisfaction as an independent contractor.
