Support day-to-day finance and people operations: process AP/AR, payroll, onboarding/offboarding, benefits administration, maintain HR records, assist month-end close, compliance filings, and help implement accounting and HR systems while providing administrative support to the VP of Finance.

Lead growth marketing: plan year-long marketing calendars, write outreach emails, manage LinkedIn engagement, oversee lead funnel, test and optimize outreach and conversion strategies, and partner with leadership using data-driven decisions.

Lead outbound sourcing and conversion of Limited Partners using AI-first research and prompt engineering. Build and optimize systems for LP sourcing, manage and grow investor relationships, collaborate with marketing and leadership, meet ambitious sales KPIs, and maintain confidentiality while monitoring VC trends to inform strategy.
