Leads commercial sales strategy and performance across the Philadelphia and New Jersey region. Responsibilities include recruiting and developing sales teams, managing forecasts and pipelines, overseeing proposals and deal execution, driving market expansion, monitoring sales metrics, creating incentive programs, building stakeholder relationships, and partnering with trainers to improve selling capabilities for fire, access control, and video solutions.

Manage multiple security installation projects from initiation through closeout, coordinating internal teams, customers, subcontractors, budgets, schedules, change orders, invoices, and escalations. Create and maintain work orders and project data in Dynamics 365, monitor KPIs, validate timelines, assess risks, and provide mitigation plans. Lead installations involving fire, burglar, access control, and CCTV systems while ensuring inspections, monitoring connectivity, system functionality, and customer expectations are completed.

Drive new enterprise national account acquisition and revenue growth for Managed Network Services. Prospect, respond to RFPs, present tailored IT infrastructure solutions, manage complex sales cycles with C-level stakeholders, maintain pipeline in D365, collaborate cross-functionally, expand existing accounts, represent the company at events, and ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

Design, build, and support Dynamics 365 CE/Dataverse solutions including C# plugins, Power Apps, Power Automate flows, and API/Azure-based integrations. Implement DocuSign integrations, collaborate with QA and architecture, and support testing, deployments, and post-release fixes.
