Provides advanced technical support to customers through phone, email, chat, social media, SMS, and AI-assisted channels. Troubleshoots security equipment and software issues, guides customers through setup and diagnostics, creates and processes service cases, updates Alarm.com accounts, documents interactions, and schedules service visits when necessary. Requires strong communication, decision-making, organization, customer service, and technical troubleshooting skills, along with Microsoft Office knowledge and completion of company certifications and training.

Leads commercial sales strategy and performance across the Philadelphia and New Jersey region. Responsibilities include recruiting and developing sales teams, managing forecasts and pipelines, overseeing proposals and deal execution, driving market expansion, monitoring sales metrics, creating incentive programs, building stakeholder relationships, and partnering with trainers to improve selling capabilities for fire, access control, and video solutions.

Manage multiple security installation projects from initiation through closeout, coordinating internal teams, customers, subcontractors, budgets, schedules, change orders, invoices, and escalations. Create and maintain work orders and project data in Dynamics 365, monitor KPIs, validate timelines, assess risks, and provide mitigation plans. Lead installations involving fire, burglar, access control, and CCTV systems while ensuring inspections, monitoring connectivity, system functionality, and customer expectations are completed.
