Leads the architecture and development of AI-first frontend experiences, agent-driven UI, and scalable React component systems. Owns the design system, A2UI renderer strategy, frontend standards, accessibility, performance, and technical health. Partners with AI, backend, product, and design teams; evaluates emerging technologies; mentors engineers; and guides adoption of AI coding tools such as Claude Code and Codex. The role is an individual contributor position requiring hybrid work in Palo Alto at least three days weekly.

Lead a Growth engineering team building scalable customer-facing SaaS systems with React, TypeScript, and AWS. Establish technical strategy, code and review solutions, promote AI-native development using Claude Code and LLM tools, and partner with product and data teams on acquisition and retention initiatives. Recruit, mentor, and develop engineers while maintaining strong observability, reliability, quality, and delivery standards.

Own and evolve Pebl’s design system across web and mobile, including component architecture, tokens, documentation, governance, and design-to-code workflows. Partner with product and engineering to ship accessible, production-ready components, improve design-code parity, and integrate AI-powered design tooling. Lead cross-functional initiatives, influence stakeholders, and establish scalable standards for system adoption and quality.
