Serve as a strategic advisor and operational partner to the CEO, driving executive operating cadence, cross-functional strategy execution, transformation initiatives, and executive communications. Lead enterprise initiatives, develop executive materials and dashboards, remove execution barriers, and implement AI-enabled workflows to increase CEO leverage and organizational alignment.

Lead enterprise finance strategy, corporate development, and M&A for Mosaic Health. Build financial models, evaluate transactions, drive integration and post-close value realization, set KPIs and dashboards, advise executives, and lead cross-functional strategic initiatives to improve profitability and operational performance.

Support design, administration, and analysis of compensation programs. Conduct market pricing, job evaluations, and pay analyses for hires, promotions, and adjustments. Maintain compensation data, reports, and systems; support merit and incentive administration, compliance, audits, and compensation projects while partnering with HR, Talent Acquisition, Finance, and business leaders.
