Lead root-cause analysis, define supported deployment models, improve CI/CD and observability, automate configuration, apply security best practices, and ensure regulatory/quality compliance while mentoring responses to system-level escalations.

Manages the healthcare insurance billing and reimbursement lifecycle, including eligibility and benefits verification, claim submission and tracking, payment posting, accounts receivable follow-up, denial resolution, appeals, and explanation-of-benefits review. Develops and executes sales training programs for Prosigna commercial teams, including new-hire onboarding, advanced training, classroom and virtual instruction, ride-alongs, competency assessments, and performance feedback. Partners with Marketing, Sales, and Medical Affairs to align training with commercial strategy, products, and market needs. Creates compliant training materials, manages MLR approval, evaluates program effectiveness, and leads training for other business-unit hires. Travel is required for in-person training.
