Execute and analyze experimental studies to develop, optimize, verify, and transfer NGS-based MRD assays. Prepare and qualify clinical/contrived samples, support automation and high-throughput workflows, maintain documentation and SOPs, troubleshoot assays, and collaborate cross-functionally to enable clinical laboratory implementation and validation.

Lead development and clinical implementation of NGS-based MRD assays, designing and executing feasibility, optimization, and verification studies. Drive workflow automation, QC, throughput, and LIMS integration; author regulatory documentation and SOPs. Serve as SME for NGS, oncology genomics, and ctDNA technologies while collaborating cross-functionally and mentoring laboratory personnel to support technology transfer and commercialization.

Lead development of digital pathology AI models using whole-slide image data to predict clinical outcomes and morphologic features. Drive dataset selection and annotation, coordinate and mentor junior scientists, partner with bioinformatics, statistics, and clinical experts, produce analyses and visualizations for publication, and manage cross-team project execution to build diagnostic products.
