Translate user needs into technical requirements, define safety guardrails and UI, partner with engineering/data science/legal/security to move agents into production, set product metrics (accuracy, task completion, cost, trust), and represent the product at partner sites and conferences.

Design, build, and maintain scalable, secure backend services and user interfaces. Collaborate with product and design to translate requirements, optimize CI/CD and infrastructure, ensure testability and observability, mentor junior engineers, and drive production-ready solutions using modern cloud, containerization, and testing practices.
