Develops new accounts and expands existing target accounts through personalized phone and electronic outreach. Researches prospects, crafts customized messaging, generates qualified meetings, and advances opportunities to RFP while meeting KPIs. Documents activities in CRM systems, supports capabilities meetings and campaigns, progresses leads, and contributes to process improvements and internal initiatives. Collaborates with Business Development, Marketing, and Account Development teams.
