Provide technical sales consultation and business development: develop proposals/quotes, deliver technical demonstrations, manage accounts, perform market analysis, and support manufacturing-focused customers.

Coordinate production planning and scheduling, collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Service, and support operational planning tasks. Familiarity with Amtech and Kiwi is preferred.

Supervise daily manufacturing operations for corrugated cartons and inner packaging, ensuring production targets, quality, and safety. Manage, train, and evaluate production staff; monitor equipment, coordinate maintenance, maintain inventory, inspect goods, analyze production data, and drive process improvements. Support shift transitions and handle disciplinary/performance issues.
