Manages multiple complex, cross-functional utility technology initiatives for the Deployment PMO. Responsibilities include project planning, scope, budget, scheduling, risk, resources, stakeholder communications, governance, reporting, change control, and steering committee leadership. The role coaches project managers and coordinators, supports client relationships, drives standardized project methodologies, and ensures successful delivery of CIS billing implementations. Up to 25% travel to client sites is required.

Manage a portfolio of SaaS utility clients by strengthening relationships, supporting product adoption, resolving issues, monitoring SLAs, leading business reviews, and driving renewals and growth. Responsibilities include contract and vendor management, client communications, revenue tracking, ticket oversight, outage triage, presentations, and coordination with internal teams. The role is fully remote but requires North American client travel and occasional extended hours.

Leads client implementations of utility Customer Information Systems with ownership of billing workstreams. Analyzes requirements, designs and configures billing processes, validates rates and migrated data, supports testing and production issue resolution, coordinates vendors, and manages documentation throughout the SDLC. Facilitates workshops, communicates with clients and senior stakeholders, supports post-go-live activities, and mentors junior team members. Occasional travel is required for client meetings.
