Support outside sales throughout the sales cycle by qualifying leads, building quotes/proposals, managing CRM/opportunities, coordinating orders/shipments, resolving invoicing issues, supporting marketing and events, and maintaining customer relationships to drive revenue and retention.

Develop and expand relationships with contractors, consultants, and end users for AC power and thermal/data center opportunities. Lead strategic growth and lifecycle management for global hyperscale data center accounts. Serve as executive sponsor, build C-suite relationships, develop account strategies, expand solutions and services, drive complex sales, ensure cross-functional delivery, maintain CRM opportunity management, and coordinate global initiatives to meet financial targets and customer outcomes.

Perform acceptance, commissioning, and maintenance testing on medium/high-voltage electrical systems up to 500kV. Conduct power system studies, test and calibrate protective relays, perform insulation and contact resistance testing, analyze results and author reports, troubleshoot system failures, mentor Level I/II technicians, lead multi-discipline projects, and maintain compliance with NETA, NFPA 70E, and OSHA standards.

Lead on-site construction, start-up, commissioning, and site acceptance testing for large data center power/thermal projects. Manage multi-disciplinary crews and subcontractors, ensure safety and schedule adherence, provide daily reporting, customer communication, and administrative compliance throughout long-duration projects.

Lead end-to-end project and program management for enterprise sales orders, coordinating cross-functional teams, managing customer engagement, delivery, post-sales support, risk mitigation, and stakeholder communication to ensure projects complete on time and within budget.

Lead planning and execution of NPDI deployment programs for AC/DC power, MV distribution, energy storage and microgrid solutions. Ensure field readiness, commissioning, protection coordination, FMEA, pilot deployments, playbook development, cross-functional alignment, parts/logistics readiness, and continuous improvement for scalable power system rollouts.

Lead systems architect responsible for defining, integrating, and validating end-to-end data center power and infrastructure architectures. Drive technical decisions, alignment across product lines, customer interactions, trade studies, and ensure compliance with codes and standards.

Lead Vertiv's liquid cooling fluid management and service operations: standardize procedures, build scopes and proposals with chemical suppliers, coordinate field implementation, resolve technical remediation, support KPI reporting, and improve service delivery for direct-to-chip cooling.

Field-facing technical sales role supporting rack and row data center solutions. Conduct site walks, assess white space and power needs, develop technical specifications and pricing, support proposal and sales cycles, collaborate with regional sales, consultants, contractors and internal teams, and provide product education. Maintain pipeline, identify competitive opportunities, and support demos, trade shows, and training.

Support electrical design, build and test prototypes, perform power distribution and load calculations, document test results and schematics, collaborate with multidisciplinary engineers, and learn industry compliance and system-level electrical architecture in a lab environment.

Support mechanical engineering team in CAD modeling, FEA, tolerance analysis, and prototype validation for rack- and row-based data center infrastructure. Create manufacturing-ready drawings, support BOM and lab testing, and collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout new product development.

Manage strategic service accounts to meet contractual SLAs by coordinating preventive maintenance, start-up/commissioning, emergency repairs, and RCARs. Build account plans and KPIs, present quarterly business reviews, support quotations, review project documentation, and drive continuous improvement while serving as the primary operational contact.

Manage NPDI and digital/service transformation projects within a global PMO. Coordinate cross-functional teams to integrate service readiness into product launches, track schedules, risks, and KPIs, support stage-gate governance, maintain PMO tools and reporting (Power BI, Smartsheet, MS Project), and contribute to PMO process improvements and stakeholder communications.

Manage NPDI and digital/service transformation projects within a global PMO. Coordinate cross-functional teams to integrate service readiness into product launches, track schedules/risks, support stage-gate governance, standardize PMO tools, and maintain reporting using tools like Power BI, Smartsheet, and MS Project.
