Leads nursing services in a skilled nursing and senior living facility. Responsibilities include coordinating resident care, staffing and scheduling, regulatory compliance, restorative care, outside care providers, staff hiring and development, evaluations, quality assurance, and interdisciplinary collaboration. The role promotes clinical excellence, resident-centered care, employee engagement, and compliance with federal and state standards.

Assists with planning and facilitating recreational and wellness programs for assisted living, memory care, and skilled nursing residents. Reviews individual activity needs, coordinates events and volunteers, maintains attendance and progress documentation, manages supplies and invoices, prepares monthly calendars, and collaborates with dining and other departments. Ensures activities comply with regulations and supports clean, engaging program environments.

Perform preventive and routine maintenance, repairs, apartment turnovers, inspections, and pool chemical maintenance. Handle moderate plumbing, electrical, HVAC thermostat tasks, carpentry, and assist with pumps, heaters, and cooling towers while delivering resident-focused customer service.
