Lead by selling to achieve and exceed sales goals, build and maintain a client book through proactive outreach, model luxury service standards and clienteling, support store operations (POS, merchandising, inventory), and uphold company policies including loss prevention.

The Sales Supervisor is responsible for generating sales, building customer relationships, maintaining store standards, and effectively using POS and email systems. They must proactively engage customers and manage client development.
