Lead the architecture and production deployment of predictive ML and GenAI capabilities that improve clinical outcomes and member retention. Develop causal ML strategies, intervention-effectiveness models, reusable GenAI platform services, evaluation frameworks, safety guardrails, and cross-functional AI roadmaps. Partner with Product Engineering, ML Ops, Analytics, and clinical stakeholders while setting technical standards, mentoring engineers, and driving multi-quarter initiatives.

Build and operate backend services powering Virta’s quote-to-cash systems, including contracts, pricing, billing, subscriptions, invoices, claims, and reconciliation. Lead ambiguous projects, improve billing correctness across Salesforce, Zuora, and clinical data, create self-service tools, collaborate with finance and operations stakeholders, and mentor engineers. The role also requires frontend development with React and TypeScript, cloud experience, event-driven architecture expertise, and applying AI to software development workflows.

Lead strategy and roadmap for Virta’s end-to-end consumer member experience. Identify high-impact opportunities, develop personalized and adaptive experiences using data and AI, establish experimentation frameworks, and align Product, Design, Engineering, Clinical, Coaching, Operations, and executive stakeholders. The role translates complex healthcare and care-delivery needs into intuitive products, guides company-level investment decisions, evolves the care model, and mentors product leaders.
