Provides Tier 1 technical support to B2B SaaS customers through email tickets and phone calls. Troubleshoots software issues, develops workarounds, investigates and escalates bugs, communicates updates, and maintains customer satisfaction and support metrics. Collaborates with Customer Success while managing changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Own go-to-market strategy, positioning, messaging, campaigns, launches, competitive intelligence, sales enablement, pipeline, and bookings for Virtuous’s AI-powered fundraising products. Partner with Demand, Sales, Product, and Engineering to create market narratives, generate pipeline, support deals, and improve win rates. This customer-facing role requires strong commercial judgment, executive communication, AI fluency, and end-to-end B2B SaaS product marketing experience.

Lead and scale a 23-person global B2B SaaS support organization through three managers. Own support operations, staffing capacity, SLAs, Zendesk administration and reporting, metrics, escalations, coaching, and customer experience. Manage Swift CX and AI-assisted triage, partner with Product and Engineering on systemic issues and tooling, and report performance and resourcing needs to executive leadership. Engage directly with customers during high-visibility escalations.

Design and harden Azure cloud architectures, embed security into CI/CD and infrastructure via DevSecOps, implement SAST/DAST and supply-chain controls, improve observability and SIEM integrations, remediate security debt, secure containers/Kubernetes, and build automation and developer-friendly guardrails to increase remediation velocity and operational resilience.

The Lead Data Platform Engineer will design and build Virtuous's data platform, ensuring it is secure, scalable, and AI-ready. Responsibilities include architecting access controls, optimizing performance, and enabling self-service analytics while maintaining governance and compliance standards.

The Strategic Account Executive will sell cloud-based CRM software to nonprofits, utilizing consultative selling techniques, and assist in inbound marketing efforts and contract creation.

The Midmarket Account Executive will sell cloud-based software to mid-sized and large nonprofits, leveraging inbound and outbound sales techniques, while managing their own sales pipeline and performing software demos.

As a Senior Partner Manager, you'll manage and grow a portfolio of partners, developing strategies for partner-driven revenue and maintaining strong relationships while overseeing pipeline generation and cross-functional initiatives.

Design, build, and maintain CRM+ features using C#, .NET, Vue, and SQL Server on Azure. Architect scalable services, use AI tools (Claude Code) in development, write well-tested code, mentor engineers, influence product and technical strategy, operate CI/CD, troubleshoot production issues, and collaborate cross-functionally.

Build and maintain the full-stack Raise product: polished donor-facing UIs and backend systems. Own features end-to-end, ensure scalability, reliability, and performance, review AI-generated code, collaborate with Product and Design, write clean testable code, and support observability and incident resolution.

Serve as a product expert and consultant for nonprofit customers: lead discovery sessions, design/configure donor engagement solutions, build automations, reports, forms, and trainings, manage Professional Services engagements, document best practices, and collaborate across Product, Sales, and Customer Success to improve repeatable services.
