Provides Tier 1 technical support to B2B SaaS customers through email tickets and phone calls. Troubleshoots software issues, develops workarounds, investigates and escalates bugs, communicates updates, and maintains customer satisfaction and support metrics. Collaborates with Customer Success while managing changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Own go-to-market strategy, positioning, messaging, campaigns, launches, competitive intelligence, sales enablement, pipeline, and bookings for Virtuous’s AI-powered fundraising products. Partner with Demand, Sales, Product, and Engineering to create market narratives, generate pipeline, support deals, and improve win rates. This customer-facing role requires strong commercial judgment, executive communication, AI fluency, and end-to-end B2B SaaS product marketing experience.

Manage strategic enterprise nonprofit customers throughout the SaaS lifecycle, driving product adoption, retention, renewals, and account expansion. Build stakeholder relationships, resolve issues proactively, provide product guidance, identify upsell opportunities, and advocate for customer needs internally. Own renewal and upsell processes, including negotiations and pricing strategies, while collaborating with sales, marketing, support, and product teams.
