Lead quality engineering for power electronics products across NPI to EOL. Serve as customer liaison for FAT/SAT and audits, drive DFMEA/PFMEA, SPC, 8D root-cause actions, supplier qualification, UL compliance, and continuous improvement using Lean Six Sigma and Kaizen.

Lead design, validation, and technical direction for MV/LV switchgear systems. Create schematics, perform fault/arc-flash/protection calculations, ensure standards compliance, support testing, commissioning, manufacturing, and mentor junior engineers while interfacing with customers and stakeholders.

Lead and manage complex projects across manufacturing, R&D, and product implementation. Develop project plans, manage budgets and risks, coordinate stakeholders and vendors, monitor progress, and implement process improvements to ensure timely, on-budget delivery and high quality.
