Teams at Vital Records Control (VRC)

Receive, segregate, and load wastepaper for shredding; operate and maintain shredding, baling, and forklift equipment; stage bales for shipment; perform preventative maintenance and maintain a clean, secure, and safe work area to NAID standards.

Manage records center/vault operations including staffing, training, inventory control, facilities and equipment maintenance, budget/forecasting, quality improvement, and customer service. Supervise audits, bay inventories, and ensure operational benchmarks and disaster recovery readiness.
