As a Staff Product Designer, you will enhance design operations, shape team standards, collaborate with customers, and influence design systems to improve complex B2B SaaS products for healthcare.

Operate and optimize recruiting operations: own interview coordination, build Ashby automations and dashboards, improve workflows using AI, ensure data quality, manage onboarding, create excellent candidate experiences, and learn sourcing to proactively find talent.

Build Vitalize's technical hiring function from scratch, full-cycle recruit engineering, product, and design roles. Partner with leaders, source and close top-tier talent, design interview processes, attend engineering/product meetings and customer sites, and continuously improve recruiting systems and employer brand to raise the technical hiring bar.
