As a VITAS Sales Representative, you will educate healthcare leaders about hospice care, build relationships, guide referral sources, and collaborate with clinical partners to enhance patient care.

Provide direct casework services to hospice patients and families: assess needs, connect to community and government assistance programs, coordinate resources, maintain records, work independently, and use company software. Requires travel within the community and strong knowledge of local resources.

Build and maintain relationships with physicians and healthcare professionals to educate on hospice care and Medicare hospice benefits. Manage a local territory, conduct sales calls, collaborate with clinical teams, and meet referral and sales goals while providing compassionate, mission-driven patient advocacy.
