Teams at Voices College-Bound Language Academies

Provide school-based psychological services: assess students under IDEA, write reports, participate in IEP teams, conduct FBAs and ERMHS, deliver counseling, support MTSS, crisis response, translate assessments to Spanish, collaborate with staff and families, and travel between school sites.

Support the Principal in daily school operations with emphasis on student services and instructional improvement. Oversee counseling, behavior interventions, MTSS/RTI, special education coordination, and student support teams. Serve as lead instructional coach, deliver professional development, use assessment and observation data to guide instruction, supervise staff, and act as principal when needed. Manage enrollment, safety, extracurriculars, budgeting tasks, and community/family partnerships to promote a safe, inclusive, bilingual dual-immersion learning environment.

Provide specialized instruction and interventions for students with IEPs in reading, writing, language, and math; draft and manage compliant IEPs in SEIS; collaborate with teachers, parents, and service providers; assess student progress, implement accommodations and behavior supports, and participate in school-wide curriculum and professional development.
