Build and execute the developer experience roadmap for AI infrastructure engineering. Develop secure tooling, development platforms, build systems, CI/CD, test environments, AI coding agents, MCP servers, evaluation systems, and agentic workflows. Integrate these capabilities into developer environments and operational systems while implementing permissions, auditability, secure data handling, and human approval paths. Improve adoption, feedback loops, software quality, security, and engineering productivity through continuous feedback and iteration.

Lead a hands-on platform engineering team responsible for large-scale Kubernetes-based GPU infrastructure across multiple regions. Set technical direction, design and build platform services, manage roadmap delivery, and own reliability, observability, security, and API standards. Collaborate across security, infrastructure, and platform teams; resolve operational issues through scalable features; conduct postmortems; and manage hiring, performance, onboarding, and team wellbeing.

Build and maintain secure, auditable internal automations for finance, IT, People, and delivery workflows. Develop API integrations with Microsoft Graph, Slack, Atlassian, banking, HR, and identity systems; manage authentication, deployment, observability, and audit controls. Apply LLMs and agentic patterns selectively with human approval gates, while meeting SOX, ISO 27001, SOC 2, EU AI Act, and data protection requirements. Partner with process owners, Finance, Security, and Legal to simplify workflows and operate reliable production systems.
