Teams at Volta

Own estimating standards, tools, and methods across Volta’s projects. Produce and assure estimates from feasibility through baselining, build should-cost models and benchmarks, support procurement negotiations, reconcile estimates with outturn costs, coach project teams, and inform design and delivery strategies. The role focuses on data center and major capital projects with MEP-heavy construction across European and US regions.

Leads Volta’s project engineering function and multiple concurrent GPU infrastructure deployments from deal discovery through operational handover. Owns technical feasibility, delivery commitments, scope, quality, acceptance criteria, risk, vendor relationships, resource allocation, and repeatable deployment standards. Builds and manages senior engineering teams, ensures clusters meet performance and operational requirements, and partners with platform and network engineering to automate delivery processes.

Support US employees and managers across workforce planning, employee relations, performance management, onboarding, change management, policy implementation, compensation, benefits, and engagement. Provide guidance on multi-state employment law, especially California, coach managers, improve scalable People processes, and partner with global People, Payroll, Finance, and Legal teams to maintain compliant and effective employment practices.
