Manage ambassador and affiliate negotiations, coordinate seeding and events, support content development, measure program KPIs, and iterate on strategies to grow awareness, engagement, conversions, and long-term advocacy.

Lead and grow a team of server, web, and full-stack engineers for a business management platform. Remain hands-on: review and contribute code, shape architecture, define roadmaps, set success metrics, remove blockers, and collaborate with product, design, and data science. Drive adoption of AI-enabled tooling to improve engineering velocity and operational efficiency.

Develop and execute lifecycle marketing strategies that enhance engagement and retention for photographers using VSCO's products, through email and in-app channels.
