Teams at VSCO

Contribute to Reflex, VSCO’s production GPU image-processing engine, expanding RAW processing, large-image export, desktop support, color accuracy, memory management, and performance. Ship engine changes through native bridges to iOS and macOS, maintain shared rendering contracts, diagnose mobile graphics issues, improve packaging and CI workflows, and collaborate across product, design, and engineering on technical direction. The role requires deep GPU and rendering expertise, systems programming, mobile graphics experience, and AI-assisted development workflows.

Own and operate VSCO’s AWS and EKS platform, building Terraform modules, GitOps workflows, CI/CD pipelines, observability, autoscaling, networking, data-store services, and Cloudflare or CloudFront infrastructure. Lead production cutovers, participate in on-call, troubleshoot Linux, Kubernetes, and network issues, and create durable fixes. Partner with product and data teams, review infrastructure designs, and guide teams toward reliable shared platform solutions.

Lead strategy and roadmap for VSCO Economy, discover and validate monetization opportunities, build payout infrastructure and KYC-compliant flows, partner with Engineering, Design, Data, Legal and Finance, use AI-assisted tools for research and prototyping, and ship 0→1 products that help photographers monetize their work.
