Develops predictive models, machine learning algorithms, statistical analyses, scalable data pipelines, and automated processes to uncover business insights. Partners with business leaders to define analytical questions, validates experimental results, communicates findings, and supports dashboards, data governance, and emerging AI capabilities. Requires advanced expertise in data science, statistical modeling, programming, databases, and big data tools.

Lead research and analysis to develop enterprise and line-of-business strategies, support CEO/executive planning, track strategic metrics, prepare board materials, and collaborate with leaders to define and execute transformational initiatives in the vision care and broader healthcare/retail industries.

Provides complex accounts receivable and collections services, including billing, cash application, reconciliation, customer research, dispute resolution, aging balance recovery, reporting, and collection activities. Serves as a primary contact for billing inquiries, recommends adjustments and refunds, identifies customer risks and process trends, supports financial controls, and mentors new teammates. Collaborates with customers, Sales, Management, and account teams to resolve issues and support complex billing requirements.
