Handle billing, cash application, reconciliations, dispute resolution, collections, reporting, and account analysis. Act as primary contact for billing inquiries, recommend adjustments/write-offs, identify at-risk customers, escalate systemic issues, and collaborate with sales and account teams. Mentor new teammates and maintain data security and compliance.

Lead enterprise digital transformation strategy and execution by partnering with business and technology leaders. Drive program management, change management, vendor selection, process re-engineering, team building, and cross-functional adoption to deliver measurable business value across global supply chain and enterprise functions.

Design, develop, and troubleshoot SAP reporting solutions, data marts, OLAP and dashboards. Translate business needs into BI solutions, follow data management processes, analyze trends, collaborate on database and architecture design, and evaluate future data delivery tools.
