Serve as a trusted advisor and hands-on engineer to drive customer adoption and retention. Deliver implementations, enablement, integrations, and strategic projects. Monitor usage and health, remove barriers, lead onboarding and training, create scalable resources, and partner with CSMs, Sales, and Product to align WalkMe solutions to customer business outcomes.
