Lead and mentor opticians and retail advisors, support store opening and closing, maintain inventory and business systems, drive sales and customer service, and foster a positive team culture. Requires licensed or ABO-certified optical expertise, supervisory experience, and strong communication skills.

Supervise sales-floor and front-of-house retail operations, lead selling and team touch-bases when the manager is absent, open and close the store, provide product knowledge and style advice, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. The role also supports process improvement, special projects, inclusive team culture, and Warby Parker’s brand representation.
