Lead design development, construction documents, specifications, and technical quality for projects. Coordinate consultants and trades, manage schedules, resolve clashes, perform code research, conduct construction administration site visits, review RFIs/submittals, and present at jurisdictional reviews while mentoring project team members.

Lead planning, design, and coordination of mechanical building systems (HVAC, plumbing, fire protection). Develop construction documents, perform calculations, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, support construction administration, site investigations, and mentor junior staff under engineer direction.
