Own end-to-end deployment projects for automotive dealerships from kickoff through go-live and stabilization. Gather requirements, manage timelines and dependencies, coordinate internal teams, validate technical readiness, resolve blockers, maintain documentation, and provide status updates. Manage multiple deployments simultaneously while handling dealership data, DMS access, OEM credentials, VPN, and connectivity complexities. Serve as the primary dealership contact and ensure projects meet activation targets.

Leads technical dealer onboarding and large-group launches, ensuring network, security, connectivity, DMS, API, and platform requirements are met. Facilitates IT readiness meetings, explains complex requirements to technical and non-technical stakeholders, troubleshoots infrastructure and integration blockers, coordinates with IT, Cloud, Development, Deployment, and Platform teams, maintains technical documentation, and improves onboarding workflows.
