As we continue our rapid expansion, we are seeking a motivated Deployment Project Manager (DPM) to join our mission-driven team.

What You Will Be Doing

The DPM owns the end‑to‑end deployment lifecycle for new dealerships, ensuring each store progresses from Kickoff through Go‑Live and post‑launch stabilization with clarity, urgency, and precision. This role is the dealership’s primary point of contact and is accountable for gathering requirements, coordinating cross‑functional work, validating readiness, and resolving all outstanding issues so the dealership can fully operate on WarrCloud.

The DPM must thrive in a fast‑paced environment, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and proactively remove blockers to meet monthly activation targets. This role requires strong communication, technical problem‑solving, and the ability to work independently in a fully remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

End‑to‑End Project Ownership

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for dealerships throughout the deployment lifecycle.
  • Lead Kickoff calls, gather requirements, and establish clear timelines and expectations.
  • Manage project plans, dependencies, and integration points using Insightly and Jira.
  • Coordinate Go‑Live meetings with dealerships and internal teams, including creating and managing group rollout plans. 
  • Validate post‑launch access, connectivity, and data flow; ensure all outstanding issues are documented and resolved.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including readiness checklists, access logs, and issue trackers.
Operational Execution & Throughput
  • Manage multiple dealership deployments simultaneously across various stages.
  • Provide timely project status updates to dealerships and internal stakeholders.
  • Escalate issues immediately when they threaten timelines or activation targets.
  • Ensure all dealership data (historical statements, KPIs, DMS access, OEM credentials) is collected on schedule.
  • Drive projects forward despite OEM/DMS/VPN complexities or unique dealership environments.
Cross‑Functional Coordination
  • Work closely with Deployment Manager, Implementation Manager, Platform, IT, Development, Warranty Ops, and Accounting.
  • Ensure seamless handoffs between Deployment and Implementation teams.
  • Communicate risks, blockers, and readiness concerns with urgency and clarity.
  • Support other Deployment PMs by stepping into ongoing projects when needed.

RequirementsQualifications
  • BS/BA or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years in project management, deployment, onboarding, or related operational roles.
  • Experience managing multiple dealership projects or similar customer-facing implementations.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage a heavy workload and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently without direct supervision.
  • Proficiency in Jira, Insightly, Google Workspace, and CRM/ticketing systems.
  • Customer-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail.
Preferred
  • Automotive industry experience
  • Warranty operations knowledge
  • DMS knowledge (CDK, Reynolds, DealerTrack, etc.)
  • Experience with VPN/MFA connectivity setups
