The Neuroimaging Engineer will analyze MRI data, develop software for algorithms, and assist in managing neuroimaging databases and quality assurance.

Configure, test, maintain and support Epic clinical applications. Build relationships with clinical and IS stakeholders, resolve application incidents, develop and execute test plans, document work, and participate in after-hours on-call rotation. Epic certification required within six months.

Schedule and register neurology patients by phone or email, collect demographics and insurance, obtain referrals, explain billing processes, handle patient and payer inquiries, coordinate with clinicians for urgent scheduling, and perform basic account maintenance and reminder outreach using scheduling and EHR systems.
