Three-year rotational leadership program providing hands-on experience across global operations, including supply chain, procurement, engineering, manufacturing, quality, EHS, informatics, and continuous improvement. Associates complete four nine-month rotations, receive leadership and technical development, gain global exposure, and lead a team during one rotation. Successful participants transition into a permanent operations leadership role.

Serve as the North American presales subject matter expert for the waters_connect laboratory software platform supporting LC and LC-MS workflows. Conduct customer discovery, tailored demonstrations, technical consultations, solution scoping, configuration, quoting, and competitive positioning. Advise on deployment, compliance, validation, data management, licensing, upgrades, and expansion opportunities. Partner with sales, product management, marketing, informatics specialists, and professional services while communicating product updates and customer feedback. Travel extensively across the United States and Canada.

Drive U.S. PFAS market development and revenue growth by building relationships with contract testing organizations, environmental laboratories, and strategic stakeholders. Generate and manage sales pipelines, support evaluations and negotiations, enable field teams, and collaborate with marketing, applications, regulatory, and product teams. Translate PFAS workflows, analytical technologies, regulations, and market trends into commercial strategies and customer value propositions. Maintain forecasts, analyze market conditions, and guide strategic growth initiatives.
