Lead and coach a team of SDRs to generate pipeline for Watershed's sales growth, focusing on performance improvement and data analytics.

Operate as the GTM operations partner for Sustainability Advisory & Services: build staffing and forecasting models, own dashboards and reporting, ship AI-first internal tooling, run operating cadence, improve delivery processes, and lead multi-workstream strategic planning to improve utilization, capacity, and delivery quality for enterprise services.

As a Strategic Customer Success Manager, you'll manage high-value enterprise accounts, driving retention and growth by building relationships and advocating for customers internally. You'll guide customers in leveraging sustainability data for business transformation, while coordinating internal teams and planning governance with executive stakeholders.
