Provides phone, email, and social media customer service and technical support for water filtration products. Troubleshoots installation, maintenance, usage, ordering, and product issues for homeowners and plumbers; manages order entry, account reconciliation, disputes, and support requests. Maintains product expertise, identifies cross-selling opportunities, and supports customer satisfaction. The role also involves training employees on customer service, platforms, applications, and technical support.

Develops and grows a regional new-construction sales pipeline for intelligent plumbing controls in correctional and detention facilities. Builds relationships with architects, engineers, contractors, distributors, owners, and facility stakeholders; influences specifications; generates and advances project opportunities; delivers technical presentations; tracks opportunities in CRM systems; and provides market intelligence to internal teams. The remote role covers the U.S. East Region and requires approximately 50–75% travel.

The Applications Business Development Manager will support technical sales, product selection, and training in hydronic cooling and HVAC applications while developing customer relationships and providing field support.
