Manage a book of accounts, run onboarding and kickoffs, drive time-to-value, surface expansion opportunities, own renewals and forecasting, build lightweight tooling/automation to scale, and travel to customer sites as needed. Measured on time-to-value, velocity, active usage growth, and clearing committed spend.
