The Data Scientist will lead data science initiatives embedded in Marketing, analyzing campaigns, conversion paths, incrementality, media mix, segmentation, experimentation, and revenue modeling. Responsibilities include translating marketing problems into analytical projects, conducting rigorous mathematical and statistical analyses, collaborating on strategic initiatives, managing project execution, communicating technical findings, and mentoring junior data scientists. The role requires strong Python, SQL, causal inference, mathematical, software engineering, and communication skills.

Lead product design for Wealthfront’s Investing products, solving complex, ambiguous problems from strategy through execution. Drive design sprints, rapid prototyping, scalable systems, and high-quality customer experiences. Serve as the investing design subject-matter expert while partnering with product, engineering, research, data science, legal, compliance, and leadership. Shape product vision and roadmaps, lead design-team initiatives, establish patterns and processes, and foster inclusive, effective collaboration across the organization.

Develop and enhance backend systems, services, APIs, and core product features. Improve codebase maintainability, reliability, and scalability while operating mission-critical systems in production. Participate in on-call incident resolution, automated monitoring and instrumentation, recruiting, interviewing, and mentoring. The role emphasizes distributed systems, automated testing, continuous integration, and measurable business impact.
