The Tax Director or Managing Director leads federal tax compliance and consulting for middle market and public companies, develops new business, and mentors staff.

Perform in-charge or manager audit responsibilities for financial services clients (alternative investment funds, financial institutions, broker/dealers). Execute audit plans across financial statement areas, manage and develop staff, maintain client relationships, and ensure proper planning and execution of engagements.

Performs audit procedures for financial statement engagements, prepares workpapers and financial statements, identifies and resolves audit issues, and collaborates with Senior Associates and Managers. The role involves managing multiple assignments, communicating effectively, developing professionally, and applying knowledge of GAAP and GAAS. Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree in accounting, be CPA candidates, and have internship or limited public accounting experience.
