Teams at Webflow

Creates video, written, and hands-on technical education for Webflow customers. Builds production-quality reference websites and components, develops curriculum with instructional designers and video producers, presents technical content on camera, reviews educational materials for accuracy, maintains the technical content library, and partners with product and engineering teams on new platform releases.

Provides hands-on IT support for Webflow’s San Francisco office, resolving help desk tickets, troubleshooting macOS hardware and software, supporting audiovisual needs for meetings and events, and managing onboarding technology. The role also maintains inventory, documents solutions, provisions equipment for new office spaces, partners with Workplace Experience, and escalates complex issues. It requires five-day in-office work, physical equipment setup, and occasional travel to other offices.

Partners with account executives, customers, Customer Success, and Product to lead discovery, solution design, technical validation, business-case development, demonstrations, workshops, and trials. Translates customer objectives into Webflow solutions, communicates technical value, influences product direction, and supports multiple opportunities. The role requires consultative selling, strong storytelling and presentation skills, familiarity with APIs and web technologies, creative AI-assisted problem-solving, and up to 25% travel.
