Leads internal and executive communications for a global, high-growth AI infrastructure company. Responsibilities include producing company-wide events, advising senior executives, developing internal messaging and presentations, managing communication channels, supporting change and crisis communications, partnering with People, Legal, and Finance, building repeatable communication programs, using AI-assisted workflows, and measuring employee engagement. Requires strong executive presence, exceptional writing, event production experience, change communications expertise, and 8+ years of relevant experience.

Serve as the primary legal partner to Product, Engineering, Security, and Support. Build risk-tiered product review processes, counsel on data use and AI governance, and own WEKA’s privacy program covering GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, DPAs, data mapping, subprocessors, retention, transfers, incidents, and audits. Create scalable policies, playbooks, workflows, and training while providing backup commercial support, managing outside counsel, and enabling efficient product launches.

Manages partner marketing execution across regions, including MDF lifecycle administration, joint webinars, campaigns, communications, partner portal updates, and event support. Coordinates with field marketing, product marketing, finance, alliances, and external partners to keep activities on schedule, auditable, and aligned with demand generation. Tracks marketing-sourced and influenced pipeline performance while supporting joint launches, co-branded content, partner communications, and enablement initiatives.
