Hands-on IT internship supporting transformation of wafer manufacturing automation from legacy to modern platforms. Tasks include identifying automation opportunities, designing and testing automated solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams and managed service providers, monitoring and optimizing automated processes, and producing end-user communications and training. Stay current on AI/ML and agent-driven workflows to inform platform roadmap.

Lead design and implementation of Workday HCM and Compensation solutions. Collaborate with HR and IT stakeholders, provide technical leadership, optimize Workday architecture, troubleshoot complex issues, and drive continuous improvement and adoption of best practices.

Lead introduction and qualification of new products and processes in HDD/semiconductor manufacturing. Optimize process routes, partner with design, QA, yield, failure analysis, and equipment teams to improve yield, cycle time, and product quality.
