Supports photolithography process development, optimization, and sustaining activities in high-volume semiconductor manufacturing. Monitors equipment and process performance, performs statistical analysis and DOE experiments, investigates root causes of yield and process issues, and implements improvements. The engineer also supports equipment and material qualification, maintains process documentation, trains manufacturing personnel, and collaborates with integration, metrology, maintenance, manufacturing, and product engineering teams.

Leads strategic communications for the CIO and global IT organization. Develops executive messaging, leadership content, organizational communications, employee engagement initiatives, thought leadership, and narratives around technology, AI, innovation, and IT transformation. Advises senior leaders, coordinates cross-functional communications with HR, Marketing, PR, and Employee Communications, supports executive events, builds communication processes, and measures engagement effectiveness using analytics and modern communication tools.

Leads end-to-end memory product architecture from concept through silicon qualification. Defines subsystem architecture, physical design, roadmap, and power, performance, and area trade-offs. Oversees process, circuits, DFT, packaging, controller interfaces, design methodology, and EDA strategy. Serves as final technical authority, mentors senior engineers, and represents architecture to executives, customers, foundries, and standards bodies.
